2023-1-EE01-KA220-VET-000151299<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>ENTRE_ VET <\/strong>projekt on v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tatud kutsehariduse vajadustest l\u00e4htuvalt ja on inspireeritud Euroopa Komisjoni prioriteetidest ning riiklikest ja kohalikest tegevustest ettev\u00f5tluse suunal. Projekt toetab visiooni, et kutsehariduskeskused areneksid ettev\u00f5tluse ja digitaalse valmiduse inkubaatoriteks. ENTRE_VET projekt tegutseb sillana ELi sihtprioriteetide ja ettev\u00f5tlusp\u00e4devuse vajaduste vahel kutsehariduses ja seda kuues erinevas riigis. <strong>ENTRE_VET<\/strong> eesm\u00e4rk on toetada ettev\u00f5tlikust kutsehariduse s\u00fcsteemis, seda vastavalt j\u00e4rgmistele projektis seatud eesm\u00e4rkidele:<\/p><ul><li>Anal\u00fc\u00fcsida kutsehariduse \u00f5pilaste k\u00e4itumist ja teadlikkust ettev\u00f5tlusest, v\u00f5rrelda nende ettev\u00f5tlusalaseid teadmist enne ettev\u00f5tluse teemade \u00f5ppimist ja nende ettev\u00f5tluslikkusega seotud plaane p\u00e4rast koolituse l\u00e4bimist. Selle saavutamiseks viiakse l\u00e4bi projekti algus kuudel k\u00fcsimustik ettev\u00f5tlusk\u00e4itumise ja -m\u00f5tteviisi uurimiseks. Uuring viiakse l\u00e4bi projekti partneriks olevate kutsekoolide \u00f5pilaste seas.<\/li><li>Aidata kutsekoolidel rakendada Osnabr\u00fccki kutsehariduse ja -koolituse deklaratsiooni, pakkudes v\u00f5imalusi, mis aitavad neil deklaratsiooni taga olevat teooriat muuta konkreetseteks tegevusteks, mida saab lisada kutsehariduse \u00f5pingutesse ja \u00f5ppekavva. Selleks t\u00f6\u00f6tatakse v\u00e4lja ENTRE_VET \u00f5ppekava, mis aitab kutsehariduse \u00f5pilastel s\u00fcveneda ettev\u00f5tluse \u00f5ppimisse ja toetada nende ettev\u00f5tlikku k\u00e4itumist ja m\u00f5tteviisi.<\/li><li>Pakkuda kutsehariduse \u00f5pilastele arusaadavat, lihtsalt j\u00e4rgitavat ja kasulikku teavet ettev\u00f5tluse ja ettev\u00f5tliku m\u00f5tteviisi kohta. In direct support of the Osnabr\u00fcck Declaration on Vocational Education and Training, which foresees the development of VET centers as incubators of entrepreneurship and digital readiness, the ENTRE_VET project will act as a bridge between EU target priorities and the entrepreneurship competence needs in VET education across 6 countries. ENTRE_VET aims to foster an entrepreneurial-oriented VET ecosystem, satisfying the following set project objectives:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> To analyze the VET student behavior and inclination towards entrepreneurship, comparing their entrepreneurial knowledge before learning about entrepreneurship, and their entrepreneurial intentions after receiving training on the subject. This will be achieved through a dedicated questionnaire on entrepreneurial behavior and mindset. A two-year study will be conducted among VET students benefiting from the ENTRE_VET project.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> To assist VET schools in the implementation of the Osnabr\u00fcck Declaration on Vocational Education and Training, by providing a path that helps them turn the theory behind the Declaration into applicable actions to be included in the VET courses. This will be achieved by the developed ENTRE_VET curriculum, assisting VET students to delve into learning about entrepreneurship and fostering their entrepreneurial behavior and mindset.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> To provide VET students with understandable, easy to follow and useful information about entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial mindset. This will be achieved through workshops, where students will be in direct contact with local entrepreneurs and the developed curriculum.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> To adapt VET education to the needs of the labor market and the economy, providing students with tools that will enable them to transition from VET education to their professional path.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> To collaborate and support the European Skills Agenda for sustainable competitiveness, social fairness, and resilience.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> To strengthen the collaboration between VET centers and entrepreneurs, establishing a path where students can contact entrepreneurs and learn from other people\u2019s experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );
