24.-26.jaanuar 2023 toimus projekti ECO_Tag<\/a> esimene silmast silma kohtumine Valencias, Hispaanias, kus meid v\u00f5\u00f5rustas projekti koordinaator\u00a0 Mediterr\u00e1neo International<\/a>! \"\u267b\ufe0f\"<\/p>

Kliimamuutused ja keskkonnaseisundi halvenemine kujutavad endast eksistentsiaalset ohtu Euroopale ja \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud maailmale. Seet\u00f5ttu tehakse poliitilisel tasandil rahvusvahelisi j\u00f5upingutusi selle v\u00e4ljakutse lahendamiseks ja selle tagaj\u00e4rgede leevendamiseks selliste meetmetega nagu j\u00e4tkusuutlike koolide keskkonnam\u00e4rgised. Kuid need m\u00e4rgised ei k\u00e4sitle HoReCa sektorile p\u00fchendatud kutsekoolide erip\u00e4ra, mis n\u00f5uavad erikoolitust ja spetsiaalset j\u00e4tkusuutlikku sertifikaati.<\/p>

Projekt ECO-TAG keskendub sellele konkreetsele v\u00e4ljakutsele kokanduse, gastronoomia, kokakunsti, k\u00f6\u00f6gihalduse ja toitlustusteenustega tegelevate kutsekoolide vaatenurgast. Selle eesm\u00e4rk on k\u00e4sitleda nende keskkonnam\u00f5ju ja nende seost toiduainesektoriga. See v\u00f5imaldab luua spetsiifilisi ja \u00fcldisi s\u00e4\u00e4stvaid p\u00e4devusi (mille aluseks on Euroopa j\u00e4tkusuutlikkuse raamistik “Green Comp”), muuta k\u00e4itumist ja seega v\u00e4hendada s\u00fcsiniku jalaj\u00e4lge.<\/p>

ECO_Tag koondab projektipartnerid Itaaliast \"\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf9\", Leedust <\/span>\"\ud83c\uddf1\ud83c\uddf9\", Eestist <\/span>\"\ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddea\"\u00a0\u0160veitsist <\/span>\"\ud83c\udde8\ud83c\udded\" ja Hispaaniast \ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddf8.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>

On January 24-26, 2023, the first face-to-face meeting of the ECO_Tag project took place in Valencia, Spain, where we were hosted by the project coordinator Mediterr\u00e1neo International!<\/p>

Climate change and environmental degradation pose an existential threat to Europe and the rest of the world. International efforts are therefore being made at the political level to address this challenge and mitigate its consequences through measures such as eco-labels for sustainable schools. However, these labels do not address the specifics of vocational schools dedicated to the HoReCa sector, which require specialized training and special sustainable certification.<\/p>

The ECO-TAG project focuses on this specific challenge from the perspective of vocational schools involved in cooking, gastronomy, culinary arts, kitchen management and catering services. It aims to address their environmental impact and their relation to the food sector. This enables the creation of specific and general sustainable competences (based on the European sustainability framework “Green Comp”), to change behavior and thus reduce the carbon footprint.<\/p>

ECO_Tag brings together project partners from Italy, Lithuania, Estonia, Switzerland and Spain \ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddf8.<\/p>
